Judge 1bunchy , dark and complex , brooding palate with moreish delisius tannin . layered and full of flavour
Judge 2Very floral, wild mint, juicy ripe/mature fruits both preserved and fruit leather. Solid structure - tart and wildfruits mouthwatering, floral with savory and earthy notes on the finish
Judge 3Pretty red rose, lifted, raspberry, strawberry above pepper spice. Lithe and lifted. Palate is bright and high-toned - red plum, raspberry, nutmeg are framed by a firm tannin and acid line bringing length. I like it for its high-toned and fresh appeal
Associate JudgeLeafy and minty, light young cheery and mocha oak. Good acid lift just need a bit more length
