Judging Results |
Bronze |
fresh watermelon characters, bright, esters, quite simple, crunchy palate, appealing wine, assume pet nat. some aldehydes perhaps providing complexity but also reducing freshness |
muted aromatics, fine bead. some crunchy phenolics, cranberry fruit. some volatility detracts. |
Biscuit tinges with windfall red apples and wild raspberries - with a fine mousse and tart execution of juicy fruit |
Very pale pink. Nice and bright and fresh, dry and pretty, a hint of R/S doesn't take away anything. |
