bright fruit, slightly yellow in spectrum, peaches, tiny bit bruised or cracked, just stops a bit short |
wet stone, slight reduction. leesy mouthfeel, textural edge with interest. finishes a little cloying. thick fruit, chunky palate. Has interest but hard work. |
Closed nose - wet stones - simple and lacks fruit - abv kick |
Very shy aromatically, some saline briny seashell notes. Fine and elegant, good depth and focus through the palate, I think has potential for aging. |
