| Really rich treacle notes, caramel and toffee, dessicated coconuts. Intense and sweet with some mushroom savoury notes, truffles and salted caramel. Excellent length, but good acidity too. |

| Deep amber brown in colour with lifted aromas of caramel and concentrated marmalade with subtle butterscotch. The palate is rich and complex with notes of fruitcake, malt and butterscotch with a wonderful freshness. |
