developed, maturing, earthy, brick dust and brown spice, big mouthful of dried blood, bitter tannin |
Slight rubbery reduction note to start blowing off to reveal black plum fruit, some dark cocoa. Rich sweet pruney fruit and bitter black choc on teh palate. Plenty of tannins. |
tawny hue, prune, fig, kirsch, port, blue cheese, very developed fruit but tannins still pretty austere. |
Developed, lead, pencil shavings, garrigue... orange zest, warm currants, roast almonds, ground coffee. Searing tannins, super rustic, craving some fatty meats... Nice complexities and impressive in a rustic way |
