touch of golden development and haze, beautifully aromatic and full of spicy perfume, balanced and glossy, and fine phenolic grip |
Lots of florals - rose water and lychee on the nose, More savoury and restrained on the palate with some strong gingerbread spice notes on the finish. A little too much phenolic grip leaves a bitter hardness on finish |
deep yellow colour. pronounced tropical nose - lychee, pineapple and rose - follows through to the palate, bit of phenolic grip on the finish. looks varietal. |
Yellow/ gold... Turkish delight, rose petal. Super aromatic. Palate viscous, mealy, savoury, mushroomy. At odds with the nose. Where did the fruit go? |
