generous nose, oak there, richer style, fine tannins integrated, fruit could carry more through to the end for balance |
Med red, hint of purple hue, touch meaty/earthy, mulberry, texture and depth, toasty oak on finish, relatively soft, bit out of class for fresh and juicy |
Bright plum. Q.closed. Purple fruits. Green olive tapenade. Quite assertive fine tannins for the style, perhaps exacerbated by acidity. Doesn't quite have the fruit weight to carry it. |
dark red, orange peel, leather, high vanilla, softer tannins, fruit compote, round finish |
