A little estery, protected. Lemon pith, sweet yellow peach. Broad swath across the palate, warm alcohol and spice. |
Ginger and preserved lemon. Quite rich and mouth filling. Acidity is well balanced within the fruit. |
nice fresh ginger spice and fruit lift, fresh bright stone fruit palate with textured spice, clean line and finish, lingers nicely |
