Deep inky, savoury nose, bacon, garrigue herbs, juicy plum and blackberry fruit, with some dried prune; shower of fine but present tannins - a plume on the finish. Dry expression of fruit in a good way. V serious/brooding. |
deep colour balanced ripeness and oak some coating and chewy tannins but in check some flesh and anise |
Nice col, reduced, lactones and dark bramble fruits. Fresh but nearly too cooked. Fat pal, swathey, prickly tannins but slurpy. typical. great pal. |
