Spiky acid. Hard. Unforgiving despite the tropical fruit. |
Texture overtaking aromatic as main driving point of the wine, without being too big or rich. Retaining fruit characters without being too forward. |
Gold colour. Sunburn? Rich pal with nice flavour. tang to help. A tad hot and cloying. |
